About the Journal

Sustainability in Human Resources, with Online ISSN 3110-0910, is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Indonesian Scientific Publication (IDSCIPUB), a legally established institution registered under Decree No. AHU-0066545.AH.01.01.TAHUN.2023 .

The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, case studies, and conceptual papers addressing sustainable HR management, organizational behavior, employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, talent development, ethical leadership, and emerging HR technologies. Issues are published twice a year, in May and November, supporting collaboration among academics, researchers, educators, practitioners, and HR professionals.
