Open Access Policy:

Medicor: Journal of Health Informatics and Health Policy operates on a full open access model. We believe this approach enhances global accessibility and utilization of research in health informatics and health policy. To sustain this model and cover publication costs, we implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) system.

Article Processing Charges (APC):

Effective August 2024:

- International authors: USD 25

- Domestic authors: IDR 350,000

APC Payment:

- Authors must confirm their ability to pay at submission.

- The APC is billed post-acceptance and does not influence the peer review process.

- Authors should secure APC funds prior to submission.

APC Waivers and Discounts:

- Full waiver for authors from low-income countries

- Waiver for corresponding authors with h-index ≥ 15 on Scopus or Web of Science

- IDR 50,000 discount per review for journal reviewers
