Journal Business Model

Catalyx: Journal of Process Chemistry and Technology operates on an open access model, ensuring free access to all readers and authors. To cover publication costs, including peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving, the journal implements an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.

 

Article Processing Charges (APC):

• International authors: USD 25
• Domestic authors: Rp 350,000

These charges apply to articles accepted from August 2024 onwards. Authors must confirm their ability to pay the APC at the time of submission. The APC is billed after acceptance and does not influence the peer review process.

 

APC Waivers:

• Authors from low-income countries are exempt from the APC
• Corresponding authors with an h-index of 15 or higher on Scopus or WoS receive a waiver
• Reviewers for the journal receive a discount of Rp 50,000 per review

The journal does not charge for article submissions.
